Terms & Conditions

Minimum rental is for five days. Minimum rental during holiday period is 7 days (12/17/11  -  01/02/12).  Stays of one month or more receive additional discount regardless of season.
Please inquire.  50% of total rental required upon making a reservation, balance before 60 days of rental. When reserving less than 60 days prior, 100% of the rent is payable. A $200 security deposit is also required upon final payment and is 100% refundable within 10 days,  provided there are no problems during your stay. There is a non-refundable cleaning charge at the end of your stay of $50. This is for linen cleaning and change-out. Twice weekly cleanings are included as part of your condo rental total. Cancellations made prior to 60 days are fully refundable. Within 60 days, cancellations may be applied to a future rental. Home is non-smoking, except for the outside terrace. There are no pets allowed. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement for your stay at Casa Arena. Credit cards are accepted with a small transaction fee to cover cost.
